A gift? Babies 51 and 52!

After having some problems with the house building in two different towns, Leiah and Violet both decided that it would be better to just end the project.  That's when Leiah got to work attempting to build her very own abode.  Now, it was FINALLY done, and Leiah was not wasting one more moment inside that tiny house.

Here is the front...

...and the back.  There are windows ALL over the house.

Here is the front deck, complete with a pool!

Here is the right side of the back deck, a place for the kids to play and hang out.

Here is the left side of the back deck.  There's a hot tub, a grill, everything that the whole family would need to make some memories.

On the lower level, there is the kids' playroom.

With shelves full of toys.

The entryway/mudroom.

Here is the best place in the whole house, the kitchen!

There is plenty of seating and plenty of storage everywhere.

Here is the "playroom" for the older kids!  There's a foosball table, a sculpting station, a chess table...  Everything!

Leiah was really trying to keep most of the house really modern.

Leiah's room/the master bedroom!

She kept her room classic, with everything being black and white.

Simple, and yet refined.

The living room.

Everything is soft, warm, and comfy.

The best part is the big screen TV!

One out of two of the bathrooms, this is one of the only rooms in the house that Leiah designed that isn't modern.

There's nothing too special in here.

This is Leiah's personal favorite room:  the music room!  The kids helped design this one, and Leiah couldn't be happier.

With a piano, drums, a bass, and two guitars; how could somebody not be happy?

This is the other bathroom in the house.

Again, nothing too special.

I know, this room isn't modern either, but that's because the kids also designed this boys' room!

Even though it is the boys' room, the girls are allowed in since they voted to have a more simple bedroom.  But, no boys allowed in the girls' bedroom.

Leiah really liked how this room turned out.  It's super fun and will last for generations to come..  Or at least the next 50 babies!

This is the girls' bedroom.  No, it's not as cool as the boys' room, but that was what the girls said they want.  If any future girls don't like it, they can sleep in the boys' room if they want.  Especially if there are no boys in the house at all.

Simple and yet beautiful.

The absolute best part of this place though?  The view.  Leiah had wanted to own a beach house her whole life, and now her dream had finally come true.

Another new development...  Leiah said that she was giving herself a makeover after babies 25, 50, and 75.  She had to change her look a couple times before now, but she was still going to do what she said she was going to do.  Her kids helped her come up with this look.  Other than changing her hair color and makeup, this isn't too drastically different, but it's still a fun change.

Leiah's favorite thing to do in this new house is to sit and tell stories to her kids.  She would do it all day long if she could.

When Leiah was setting up for all the birthdays, she caught sight of an envelope in the corner of her eye on top of the table.  What could that be? Leiah wondered.  She turned around to face the table, and saw that there was also a bouquet of flowers.  This was weird.  Leiah finally decided to open the envelope, and found a note...  It didn't say anything of particular interest just:

"Congratulations on making it halfway in the challenge.  Here is a little gift from your secret admirer."

Leiah tried to push off the thought in the back of her head that said that something was very wrong and this wasn't a harmless fan letter.  Well, the show must go on, and the birthdays must as well.  She had to put on a smile for her kids and not let them know that she was scared.

Jordan and Josie requested to be first, both girls were VERY excited to grow up!

Here is the beautiful miss Jordan!  She definitely looks like her daddy, and acts like him too.  But in a good way.  She loves little kids, and is working at the community library right now.

Josie is an adventurous, fun spirit.  She always knows how to make people laugh, and always has a smile on her face.  She does tend to bottle things up, and that will really come back to haunt her someday.

Olivia is still a mystery beauty.  Her genetics are definitely a huge question, especially because they are very unique.  Everyone asks her if she has a Japanese father , and she finally stopped saying "no" and embraced it.  She now loves it when people ask and has become obsessed with anime.  But that doesn't really have anything to do with pretending that she is Japanese.

Lilly, honestly, makes so much more sense.  She's a gorgeous mix of both her parents and has a personality that's a mix of her parents too.  She loves to be around people, and yet would also be happy just sitting in her room by herself reading a good book.  Needless to say, Ice Cream is very proud of his kids.

"Mom, did you see that bouquet of flowers and that envelope on the table?"

Jordan had to just eloquently say what Leiah was most afraid of one of her kids saying.  Jordan had seen the "gifts", and had to know that they made her mother nervous.

"Yes honey, I did." Leiah replied.  "They're just from a silly fan."
"Mom, I think it's something more.  You look worried.  Are you sure everything is okay?"

"Honey, I'm sorry.  Everything is fine, just forget about it all."
Jordan was quiet, but Leiah knew that she wasn't going to forget about it for a long time.

As if yesterday wasn't bad enough, when Leiah woke up the next morning, there was a bright red box of chocolates sitting on her dresser, as well as another note.

"Leiah...Do you not know who I am?  I know if you think hard enough, you will figure this out.  I am not just some silly admirer who is a fan of your challenge.  I loved you once my dear, and I think I am falling in love with you again, even though you broke my heart."

Who IS this person?

It was obvious that this problem wasn't going to go away, but Leiah really wanted to be able to just forget about it.  Hopefully by pretending it never happened, things could go back to normal?  Anyways, to get her mind away from obsessing over this, Leiah went to play her new baby grand piano.  All the kids came to listen.

Jordan even joined in on the drums!

After a while, Josie got into playing the guitar with them as well.  Both girls are very talented musicians!

It felt wonderful to do this with her kiddos, and by the end of the day, Leiah had relaxed completely and was even singing along.

The next day was a family beach day.  Leiah had all but forgotten about the presents, until she went to go sit down and tan on a lounge chair.  There was a gift box with a tag on the front that said "To: Leiah"  Oh boy.  What could it be now?  There was no note, but the present turned out to be a piggy bank.

Leiah was still convinced that she needed to ignore these gifts and their mysterious giver, so she went and picked apples from the tree that was by the beach.

After running home and changing into more appropriate beach attire, Leiah made some hotdogs on the grill for her family.

It was lunchtime, but Leiah wasn't hungry.  She simply could not get that little piggy bank that was now sitting at home out of her head.

But, she managed to sit down with her family and have a picnic.  Hotdogs for her and the younger girls, and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for the older girls since they were vegetarian.  The babies were all home with the babysitter.

Late into the night, Leiah and the older girls went fishing in the ocean while the younger girls played patty cake and other little games behind them.  Leiah couldn't shake the feeling of being watched, and the fact that her and her teenage daughters were all in bikinis, made her feel worse.

Finally she rushed the kids all home, it seemed like the safest place at the moment.  Luckily for her, everyone was tired at that point and everyone was in pajamas and ready for bed within 5 minutes of being home.

Leiah immediately called the police and had somebody keep a watch around her house.  The police seemed to think that she was over-reacting, but Leiah was just making sure that her family was safe.

The next morning, the babies were going to be growing up into toddlers.

For the sake of her kids, Leiah forced a fake smile on her face, knowing that it probably wasn't very good and that her kids were going to see right through it.

The mysterious blonde gene strikes again.  Odd.  Anyways, this little darling's name is Nori!  She's another mysterious genetics baby, but she's pretty cute anyways.

WHERE ARE ALL THESE BLONDE BABIES COMING FROM?  At least Desta has his mother's blue eyes, some of his genes aren't too out there.  Desta is mommy's little man, and a super cutie!

Mia's genes make the most sense.  She has her mother's brown hair, and her father's brown eyes.  She is truly a sweetie.

For the next hour or so, Leiah very contentedly watched her triplets play.  They are too cute!

Leiah finally broke herself away and went on simbook for the first time in a long time.  After chatting with some friends and fellow challenge mothers for a while, she logged off.

Leiah's cell began to ring, and she picked it up, expecting it to be a challenge father.  Well, it could've been a wannabe challenge father, but all she got over the line was heavy breathing and then a click of the other person hanging up.

After that, Leiah fell asleep on her couch, having haunting dreams.

She bolted upright when she heard the floor creak.  Thank goodness, it was just Josie.

"Mom, Jordan told me about the flowers...Should we be worried?  Is everything okay?"

Leiah faked a smile and then let it fall.  Might as well let the truth be known to somebody.

"No Josie, it's not.  I really don't know what's wrong right now though, for now, just keep an eye out and make sure to cover each others' backs."

"So, Josie.  Any cute boys in highschool?"
Leiah was done talking about all this, especially with her daughters.  It was time to change the topic, and fast.

Leiah spent a while listening to her daughter talk about all the hot seniors, and apparently one even asked her out, but she declined.

Josie finally finished all her stories, and went to take a nap so Leiah hopped back on the computer.  A man that wanted to be in her challenge started a chat with her, and she agreed to meet him later that night.

Before Leiah left, she couldn't help but snap this picture.  Mia had taught herself how to walk, and it was the cause of lots of "fighting" between the triplets.  The other two were jealous, Leiah better get to teaching them to walk!

Leiah was loving her new motorcycle.  She loved hearing the buzz of the engine, and the feel of the road underneath her.  That, and it made her feel really cool.

The man of the hour's name is Harry Gianu.  He is a police officer, and his job is to basically keep an eye on all the people in the jail cells.

As always, Leiah thanked him for doing this, and made sure he knew all the rules of the challenge.  It's not like guys in Sunset Valley were knocking down her door to be in her challenge.

"I want to thank you my dear, for allowing me this privilege.  I would otherwise likely spend my life single, without knowing the joy of having a child."

The man was a bit odd.  Completely harmless, but odd.

Nothing very remarkable happened the rest of the night.  There was a kiss.

A lullaby...  Nothing too special.

Lets just say, Leiah found out why the man's name is Harry...

While Leiah was gone, the twins took the opportunity to age themselves up.  Neither could wait for their mother to come home to grow up and be adults.

Jordan is so beautiful, and such a sweetheart.  She continues to work at the library, and met a guy there.  Who knows what  will happen with that.

Josie is still fun-loving and smiley, but she has learned how and when to be more serious.  The real world kinda put her in her place.

Jordan and Josie called a babysitter, then left.  Leiah obviously hasn't had a good history with any babysitter other than her own children, so of course Nori was screaming her little head off when Leiah got home.

Leiah felt bad, but Desta's little pouty face was just too adorable to not take a picture of!

She had to throw down her camera and sprint to the bathroom though, because of everybody's favorite part of pregnancy.

Leiah brushed her teeth with really minty toothpaste and rinsed her mouth with water, then put the triplets down for a nap.

With the babies asleep, Leiah wasn't entirely sure what to do, so she went and played foosball by herself.

Knowing that Desta is the only boy in the house, Leiah tries to spend lots of time with him doing boy-related things.  He enjoys his mommy time!

Of course, the triplets insist on taking all the toys out and making a mess of them.

In other news, Leiah's next little mess-maker/mess-makers seems to be coming along fine!

Leiah loves to swim, and realized that she wasn't taking full advantage of her pool.  After everybody was asleep, she took a late night preggo lady dip.

The scared feeling had pretty much gone away, and Leiah noticed that she hadn't gotten any word from the mysterious person in a couple days.  Apparently, the ignoring tactic helped.

The next day was going to be a relaxed one, Leiah was sure of it.  The triplets all happily sucked down their breakfast, and the house was actually quiet.

She gave some snuggle time to each one, then let them all play.

Leiah took the quiet and alone time to take a lukewarm bath since you're not supposed to take hot baths while you're pregnant.

Even though she now had top-of-the-line applianes, some things still liked to break on her.  Leiah fixed her computer without a grumble.  Complaining would get her nowhere.

Next Leiah rode to town to have a little "me day" with her baby bump and this look of pure awesomeness.

Right away she wanted to go to the bistro for a high-quality meal.  An indulgence that she hadn't been able to do in a long time.

She saw Nick Alto there, who is a celebrity in town, and he walked right up to her and started talking to her belly!  It was so cute!

Leiah also saw Dr. Jolina at the bistro, and decided to ask her about the babies.  Yep, babies!  Dr. Jolina seemed sure that Leiah was going to be having twin girls again, all by a glance.

Tylar was there also, still cute as a button and still 100% single!  (If you want him on the exchange for a challenge father or just for a sim in your game tell me in the comments)

Leiah took care of her kids that morning and was in a really good mood.  Life is great!  She even walked around the house humming "Masquerade" from Phantom of the Opera.

The triplets have such different personalities.  Mia is so caring, and has to make sure that she gives hugs to even the toy boat.

Nori is the loud and boisterous one of the group, she's always curious about everything and will never stop asking "Why?"

Desta is just a little charmer and a ladies' man.  He always has on a smile, and somehow attracts all the girls, even at his young age.

Speaking of Tylar, he hadn't been able to talk when Leiah saw him at the bistro, but he called now to chat with his mother.

After talking with her son, Leiah laid in bed and read a book.

"Interesting.  So if you slowly put the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, you will get a better cookie.."

Well, better put that cookie-making knowledge to the test!  Leiah made three batches.  Two for Olivia and Lilly's school bake sale, and one for Leiah's recent cookie craving!

Apparently the babies didn't like the cookies as much as Leiah thought they would.  She no sooner got her plate in the dishwasher than her water broke and her contractions hit her full force.

Even after 50 babies, this moment is always special.  Welcome to the world:  Baby 51, Molly Mistoffelees.

But don't forget about her sister, baby 52, Hannah Mistoffelees!

Leiah thought that all her drama issues were magically done.  She was terribly wrong.  After laying her new babies down in cribs, Leiah headed to her room to take a nap when another gift caught her eye.  This one was so unassumingly laying on the floor, but it was bright enough in contrast to the black and white of her room that it was easy to see.  Next to it was another note.

"I am surprised that you have not figured out my identity by now Leiah.  Do not think that I will go away if you ignore me, I'm here to stay now.  I need to at least see you.  Call me when you figure out who I am.  I know my number is still in your phone.

P.S.  The mood lamp is so that whenever you are in the mood, you will think of me."

  4. Sara- Does it? I need to check it out then... Honestly, I don't really read that challenge. :P I didn't know what to do with my challenge, so I searched for short story ideas online, and I found a site that gives you a few ideas to run with. One was that your character gets a bunch of mysterious gifts that keep getting weirder and weirder. I decided to combine that idea with another site I found that gives you three keywords to use in a story. The three keywords part hasn't really come in yet though.. I'm sorry, because I promise I did not copy..At least not purposefully, I will go take a look at her blog though and see.

Ava and Liana- THANK YOU! Btw, the blonde hair has nothing to do with anything, I just thought it was funny that I keep getting blonde babies!

  5. Okay, I just took a look at Catherine Bell's blog, and I see what you mean... I'm not going to change it, but something that she did was in that three keyword plan, so I'm going to change that up a little bit before my next post.
